Turkey Chili is a simple weeknight, one pot, Dutch oven meal that’s ready in 1 hour. I love to throw this together after work because it’s fast and easy, and has less fat than my usual chili recipe. It’s light enough to eat on top of Perfect Baked Potatoes or in a bowl topped with sour cream, cheese, and a squeeze of lime juice.

I love having more than one chili recipe in my arsenal of choices. In fact, if you are looking for a fantastic chicken chili, then I have one of those, too! Just click here for Award Winning Chicken Chili.
And if you need a great pot to cook it in, check out my favorite Staub 4 quart round cocotte which is the perfect Dutch oven for stove top cooking and serving.
