Welcome to Laura’s Corner Kitchen! I’m Laura… My lifelong love of food, cooking, baking, and all things kitchen related has led me to start this blog and subsequently a cottage bakery out of my home.

My family’s my greatest inspiration in the kitchen. I’m a wife and mom of five grown kids. When the kids were little, I was committed to cooking at home almost every night. Doing that fueled my creativity and desire to develop recipes and menus to share with them that I still have today. Now we enjoy regular family dinners, holiday and birthday celebrations, and travel.
