Super Simple Greek Salad

Super Simple Greek Salad

Simple, quick, and full of Greek flavors

Servings 4 side or 2 entrée

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch Romaine lettuce, washed & chopped
  • 1/2 English cucumber, diced small
  • 1/4 red onion, diced small
  • 1/2 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 teaspoons Cavender's Greek Seasoning
  • 2-4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
  • 10 pitted Kalamata olives, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncinis (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Into a large glass serving bowl, add washed romaine lettuce. Set aside. In medium bowl, combine cucumber, onion, tomatoes, seasoning, and olive oil. Mix lightly to combine. Add feta cheese and olives. Pour over romaine. Toss to coat. Add pepperoncinis, if using. Serve immediately.
    Make this an entrée by adding sliced grilled chicken, steak, or salmon.
