Pasta House Salad copycat recipe
If you live in St. Louis, you have undoubtedly had Pasta House Company’s famous salad. My version is quick and easy, as any good salad should be, with crisp romaine and crunchy iceberg. Add a couple pantry staples like canned or jarred artichoke hearts, diced pimentoes, thinly sliced red onion, and grated parmesan cheese and simple, homemade dressing and you have the best salad ever.
