Quick & Easy Beer Cheese Bread

  • 1 9"x5" metal loaf pan

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cup sugar
  • ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (grate yourself for best results)
  • 12 ounces beer choose your favorite kind
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease a metal, 9"x5" loaf pan. Set aside.
  • In medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk ingredients together well. Add grated cheese and whisk to incorporate well.
  • Pour beer into flour mixture.
  • Stir until no dry flour remains. Do not over mix!
  • Spread in prepared loaf pan. Moisten fingers and smooth dough, if desired.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread top with butter.
  • Cool almost completely before cutting for best results. Store bread at room temperature for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
