Quick & Easy Beer Cheese Bread

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ⅓ cup sugar
- ½ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese (grate yourself for best results)
- 12 ounces beer choose your favorite kind
- 2 tablespoons butter
Preheat oven to 375℉. Grease a metal, 9"x5" loaf pan. Set aside.
In medium bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar. Whisk ingredients together well. Add grated cheese and whisk to incorporate well.
Pour beer into flour mixture.
Stir until no dry flour remains. Do not over mix!
Spread in prepared loaf pan. Moisten fingers and smooth dough, if desired.
Bake 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven and spread top with butter.
Cool almost completely before cutting for best results. Store bread at room temperature for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
