I love to make soups and stews this time of year, and nothing is better than freshly baked bread to go along with it. But sometimes I’m rushing around and want to throw something together fast! I can make a great pot of soup in less than a hour and some even in 30 minutes. So when that’s the case, I have this go-to beer cheese bread to accompany it. No rising! No punching down! Great flavor in no time at all is a huge bonus!
Best of all – you can customize it with your favorite cheese flavors. Or add a few tablespoons of diced, pickled jalapenos for a perfect kick. Experiment and let your creativity take over the kitchen! Enjoy!
